Provider Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bergance mobile application ("App") provided by TraTech Inc ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

  1. Provider Registration:

    • By registering as a healthcare provider on Bergance, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your License(s),  and Certification(s).

    • Bergance reserves the right to verify and validate the information provided during registration and also conduct background check and drug screening.
       

  2. Service Provision:

    • As a registered provider, you agree to offer healthcare services within your area of expertise and according to your professional qualifications.

    • Providers acknowledge that appointment scheduling and availability management are facilitated through patient requests submitted on the Bergance platform.

    • Providers agree to review and respond to patient requests within 6 hours, accepting or declining appointments based on their availability and discretion.

    • Providers are expected to provide timely and professional responses to patient requests within the Bergance platform.

    • Once a provider accepts a patient request, they commit to fulfilling the appointment within the agreed-upon parameters and timeframe.
       

  3. Patient Interactions:

    • Providers agree to maintain professional conduct and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients through Bergance.

    • Respect patient confidentiality and ensure secure handling of patient information and data as per HIPAA and the platform's guidelines.
       

  4. Platform Usage:

    • Providers must use Bergance's platform and communication tools responsibly and for the sole purpose of delivering healthcare services to patients.

    • Providers are prohibited from sharing personal contact information or engaging in transactions outside the Bergance platform.
       

  5. Fees and Payments:

    • Bergance and providers agree upon a fee structure for services rendered, and providers will receive compensation according to the agreed terms.
       

  6. Termination of Agreement:

    • Bergance reserves the right to terminate the agreement with any provider in case of violation of terms, inappropriate conduct, or failure to meet professional standards.

    • Bergance reserves the right to terminate the agreement with any provider at its sole discretion, irrespective of any alleged violation of terms or inappropriate conduct.

    • Providers also have the right to terminate their engagement with Bergance.
       

  7. Modification of Terms:

    • Bergance reserves the right to modify, update, or amend the terms of service for providers with prior notice. Providers will be notified of any changes to the agreement.

  9. Patient Engagement and Care Outside Bergance Platform:

    • Providers acknowledge that any patient engagement initiated or facilitated through the Bergance platform must be managed exclusively within the platform.

    • Providers are strictly prohibited from offering healthcare services to patients met through Bergance outside the platform without explicit authorization from Bergance.

    • In the event of a patient request for care outside the platform, providers must inform Bergance immediately and await further instructions or approvals before proceeding.
