These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bergance mobile application ("App") provided by TraTech Inc ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App:

1.1. The App provides access to a marketplace that connects users ("Users") with independent healthcare providers ("Providers") who offer healthcare services directly to Users' locations.

1.2. The App's services are designed to facilitate appointments, consultations, and other healthcare-related interactions between Users and Providers.

1.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. User Responsibilities:

2.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the App.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Healthcare Services:

3.1. The healthcare services offered by Providers through the App are provided by independent healthcare professionals. Company is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Providers.

3.2. Users understand that Providers are not employees or agents of the Company.

4. Privacy and Security:

4.1. The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and accounts used to access the App.

5. Intellectual Property:

5.1. The App, its content, and any associated intellectual property are owned by the Company or its licensors.

5.2. Users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the App or the services provided by Providers.

6.2. Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the App.

7. Modifications and Termination:

7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App, or any portion thereof, at any time without notice.

7.2. The Company may terminate or suspend a User's access to the App at its discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law:

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
